THE PLAYBOOK
TAKE THE GUESS WORK OUT OF YOUR TRAINING WITH PERFORMANCE TESTING
The Playbook is an individual report that is developed following your initial performance testing.
Much like a game playbook, this details your individual needs, as well as the strategies and methods we will use in order to get you to be the fittest, fastest and strongest you have ever been.
After reading through your playbook, you will have a clear understanding as to what is holding you back, the key areas we will work on and how we expect to address them.

WHAT IS THE ASSESSMENT?
Created to give you the best understanding about what is happening in your body when you perform athletic movements such as jumps, sprints and change of direction work.
​
The assessment is the best possible way our coaches can see how you move, key areas of improvement, and ultimately creates the foundation for which your athletic program will be developed.
POWER PRODUCTION
In the assessment, we use a variety of jump tests to observe how you produce power in a vertical and horizontal direction.
In this part of the assessment we can begin to identify what parts of your body you use to produce power, as well as some potential areas you are not using correctly.
This is often the lowest hanging fruit when it comes to athletic development and we find that by beginning with a thorough movement assessment, we can see great results in a short period of time.
