Small Group Training, 2 Sessions Per Week

Train in a supportive small-group environment with a personalised programme tailored to your goals and ability. Your coach understands how you move, provides ongoing adjustments, and makes sure you never feel lost in the crowd.

Cardio-Based Training, 2 Sessions Per Week

Improve your endurance, fitness, and energy levels with structured cardio sessions designed to make everyday life feel easier, both inside and outside the gym.

1:1 Nutrition Planning Session

A practical nutrition plan built around your real lifestyle, schedule, and preferences. You’ll also get access to 80+ simple, sustainable recipes that fit into busy lives.

Weekly Accountability Check-Ins

Stay consistent with weekly coach check-ins focused on your progress, challenges, and upcoming week. Real support, real guidance, and the accountability that helps you keep moving forward.
