Using the state of the art VALD Performance ForceDecks, we are able to profile your power production, force absorption as well as any imbalances and injury risks you exhibit.

This gives our coaches the opportunity to objectively measure how you jump, identify key areas of concern and ultimately create the building blocks for your program.
