The Junction believes that what we do in the gym should support what we do in our day to day lives. That is why we place a big emphasis on foundational strength and functional movement for all of our clients. Paired with your individual needs, we are able to create a program that suits your needs and goals.

Our day to day lives are comprised of various movements including squatting, hinging, carrying, pushing and pulling, and these are what make up our compound movements.

Engaging in our services in order to get on top of her neck pain, Rachael has had an incredible journey with us. While we’ve been able to successfully manage her pain through our assessment and training procedures, Rachael is most proud of her physical and mental transformation since starting at The Junction. Prior to commencing, Rachael found it difficult to perform regular activities without significant amounts of discomfort. She now is eager to be in the gym, feeling her fittest and strongest, even willing to give new forms of exercise a go, which she previously would have avoided.

1. TRAINING
Under the guidance of our expert coaches, you will be directed through a training experience that is tailored to you. Focusing on key strength components, cardiovascular conditioning and resilience work, we can ensure that you will be the fittest, strongest and most functional you have ever been.

Each program is tailored to meet you where you're at, so if it's been a while since you have been in the gym, we will customise each session specifically to you.
2. NUTRITION
With our dedicated nutritional support you will not only understand what you need to be eating for your goals, but we will also ensure that you are fuelling correctly for your training. This is has huge impacts for your performance as it;

This nutritional support, in conjunction with our training programs are how we can get you to your goals as efficiently as possible.


3. ACCOUNTABILITY
Arguably the most important part of your new training program, because without consistency it is very hard to achieve the results you are looking for.

Our Accountability system is in place to not only ensure that you are on the right track with your training, but allows us to modify your program as quickly as possible so there is no wasted time or effort with your training.
